Our Process

The first step consists of initial consultation with our managers. You can talk with us from the comfort of your own home or arrange an in-person meeting with our experts. We need to know how large your project is, what services you require, what materials are needed, etc. Based on this initial consultation, we can come up with a plan that ticks all your boxes.

The next step is to have another consultation or meeting to refine the initial plan and agree to a partnership. This is where all the details will be sorted out and we get to write everything about your project on paper. If everything goes according to plan, our team will get ready to begin working on your project.

Once we have agreed to a partnership, our experts will start procuring the permits necessary to complete your project. Some of these permits usually take a long time to get, but our specialists can get them faster for you. Also, our workers will order the materials necessary to improve the exterior of your house. For example, this is when we will order asphalt shingles, additional siding for your house, property framing materials, etc.

This is the big step when our builders actually begin working on your project. The initial phase is to seal off the area to ensure cleanliness and to prevent debris or contaminants to alter the materials. Keep in mind that you can still discuss with our managers during the construction phase.

For example, if you have questions related to the plumbing or electrical systems, you can ask one of our managers and we'll gladly provide answers. Remember that communication never stops during the entire project, so you should feel free to ask questions any time.

The final step involves adding finishing touches and cleaning up afterward. We won't let you deal with a large quantity of debris and leftover materials on your own. Our workers will clean up at the end of the project so you can fully enjoy the end result.
